My husband and I started our interest in real estate some time ago with purchasing our home and rental property.  We are self employed with our own business and when the refinancing boom began in the early 2000's, I obtained my Notary license and started a notary signing business for loans.   These two experiences help convinced me to get my real estate license, with my emphasis being on the listing and selling of real estate.

I am primarily doing real estate transactions with AGM Capital Real Estate but my exposure to notarizing loan documents has helped me understand the huge amounts of money that flow everyday in even the simplest of transactions and how most companies overcharge for fees.  This has enabled me to advise my clients and friends on what they should be paying in order to save money.
