I began doing residential mortgage loans in early 2003 with a large national
firm that provided me with clients through their Internet networking.
After working there for 3 weeks, I discover this company was not for me because
of the emphasis they placed on the minimum amount of fees to charge on each
transaction, which were very high. This was not for me.
My main reason for entering into this type of business was to work with
different types of people and help them save money either through the purchase
of a home or refinance their current home. I find I am able to use my
problem solving and analytical skills to help them best find the right loan for
their needs.
In the last 2 ½ years, I feel I have accomplished this with my clients and I
